Elliot Systems was founded as a technology company by Pankaj Dhume, who has over 35 years of industry experience, including a notable 25-year tenure as an executive at BMC Software, a large S&P 500 company that was publicly traded before it was taken private by Bain Capital and later KKR. In 2001, Mr. Dhume relocated to India to establish BMC’s operations, overseeing the successful offshoring of various functions such as R&D, Customer Support, IT, HR, Accounting, and SalesOps, building BMC India from 0 to 1,500+ people. This same ethos of integrity, trust, and respect that shaped BMC in India is the cornerstone of Elliot Systems today.

Elliot Systems operates two primary business units – IoT solutions and IT services. The solutions arm boasts a proprietary IoT analytics platform designed to assist industrial and manufacturing firms in optimizing utility consumption and spend through advanced monitoring and analytics. The services division specializes in helping companies of all sizes build and manage global teams.
